Storm Blight is the founder of Blight & Co., a private advisory and mentorship practice, and the current Chief Operating Officer at Flozy. Flozy is a full-stack systems implementation and digital transformation company built to modernize traditional service firms. His experience spans financial services, education, agency leadership, and operational infrastructure.

Storm began his career in financial services in 2017 at Liberty in Cape Town, where he built a reputation for client-first execution and strong operational instincts. He soon moved into an operations role supporting a senior partner, where he rebuilt the firm’s backend systems, refined the client experience, and helped drive the business toward its first million-rand year.

In 2020, he launched an independent agency offering strategic consulting, messaging development, and digital delivery. That work opened the door to a return to financial services in early 2021 when he was appointed Managing Director of an indepandant licensed FSP. He led the day-to-day operations, managed the team, and improved delivery systems that directly supported revenue growth and compliance alignment.

Later in 2021, Storm joined GYA (later rebranded as Educate), initially serving as a mentor and coach to over 2,000 digital entrepreneurs and creators. Over time, he transitioned into the product and operations team, contributing to scripting for YouTube, internal systems, and flagship program development including Agency Accelerator, Monetise, Digital Launchpad, and 8-Figure License. He worked closely with Iman Gadzhi and the C-suite team, supporting large-scale launches and helping build the infrastructure behind one of the world’s leading digital education companies.

It was during this time that he began collaborating with Pierre-Antoine de Preux, who co-founded Flozy with Iman. After leaving Educate in early 2025, Storm and Pierre reconnected to scale Flozy’s systems and service offering. Today, Storm serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading onboarding, systems design, operational buildouts, and long-term transformation projects for companies earning between $2M and $50M+ in annual revenue. Flozy works closely with firms in accounting, construction, legal, healthcare, and financial services.

Alongside his role at Flozy, Storm leads Blight & Co., a private portfolio company that houses his strategic partnerships, mentorship engagements, and long-term business-building initiatives. Through Blight & Co., he works directly with founders, both digital-native and legacy by helping them restructure their businesses, clarify operational vision, and build the infrastructure they need to grow.

He also leads a private circle of highly committed young aspiring entrepreneurs and operators called Operator OS, where business fundamentals, systems thinking, and strategic execution are taught from real experience.
